Atlanta, Georgia, January 17, 2023 – The Latino Community Fund announces the appointment of Lea Clanton, Community Engagement Director for Georgia Power and Pamela Perkins, Director of Global Contracts for UPS to its board of directors, effective January 1, 2023.
The Board unanimously also elected Daniela Demaria as new Board Chair, Omar Esposito as Vice Chair, Luis Avila as Secretary (re-elected) and Lauren Waits as Treasurer.
Lea Clanton
Lea Clanton leads a team responsible for Georgia Power’s employee volunteer programs and community relations fostering the company’s relationships with people of color, women and LGTBQ+ communities.
Pamela Perkins
Pamela Perkins has wide-ranging experience gained over 30 years across the global transportation and logistics industry in the healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors, serving as a thought leader, author, strategic communicator and trainer at UPS to drive company-wide best practices in contract development and negotiation globally.
