Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Services

We provide technical assistance in the areas of resource development, finances, accounting, governance, communications and advocacy to our nonprofit members.  Our workshops are designed based on our members’ needs and requests.  We aim for excellence in operations, outcome, governance and effectiveness in all our members.

Our workshops, coaching, and convening opportunities are FREE for member organizations.

Our annual event, the Latino Summit & Forum is part of our capacity building offering to member and partner organizations.  Click here to learn more and register for this year’s event!

Program Development. We are an R&D for Latinx Nonprofits

Because traditional philanthropy limits creative and innovation processes, LCF Georgia spearheads programs that fill gaps or capitalize on collaborations among our member and partner organizations.  We co-design, make connections, secure funding and launch pilot programs.

Key Latino Issues module for Leadership Programs.

All leadership programs need a community component that provides an overview into the history of Latinx in Georgia, key facts and opportunities for engagement. With our nonprofit partners, we are happy to provide a module that will add value and knowledge to your program participants.
